Taiji Direct - Practical Aspects of Taijiquan
Dear Friends,
We are pleased to invite you to the open seminar hosted by the Xuangui Kung Fu Center at TaijiDIRECT (www.xuangui.com).
The seminar's content focuses on the connection between formal movements, partner exercises in "pushing hands," and their practical application in combat or self-defense. TaijiDIRECT is a realistic approach to practicing Taijiquan as a martial art, applicable in street violence situations. This approach, as well as our seminar, is open to everyone—whether you practice Taijiquan or not, regardless of style, age, or gender.
We would be delighted to have you as our guests and learn together!

Duration: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (two sessions of two and a half hours each with a short break in between)
